Log in to the LMS Why we use it
The LMS opens in a new tab. Login help: info@retronenergies.com

Learners prepare first, then work on the equipment.
The LMS delivers safety-first training and hardware familiarisation before lab work. It gives every learner the same onboarding, so practice is repeatable and records are audit-ready.
What we are doing, how each machine works, the tools used, methods and SOPs.
Case studies that train troubleshooting and analysis.
The real experiment, on the bench or with a DIY kit.
Progress and results recorded for each learner.
What learners get.
- Course catalogue: EV, battery, BMS, powertrain and wiring
- Step-by-step equipment operation guides
- Experiment protocols
- Theory fundamentals
- Videos and learning materials
- Quizzes and assessments
- Progress tracking and completion status
- Access for both learners and instructors

Practise troubleshooting before you touch the machine.
After the lessons, learners work through case studies in the AI simulator. Each one is a fault to analyse and diagnose. It builds the thinking that troubleshooting needs, and it is safe to get wrong.
After the simulator
The learner goes to the real experiment, already knowing what to look for. That makes lab time more efficient and the learning stronger.
Project kits with the tutorial inside the LMS.
- Curated, project-based experiences
- All materials provided for hands-on experiments
- Step-by-step tutorials in the LMS
- Real-world industry applications
Practise at your own pace.
Each kit pairs with LMS lessons, so learners can repeat an experiment on their own.
